Can a product be added or deleted after the order is placed?

No. Once the order is placed, you will not be able to make any modifications in it. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.

How can I reset my password?

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your Get-Spices account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

We try to make sure the inventory at the store is always updated so that your order can be fulfilled at all times. However, in case an item you ordered is unavailable at the store you selected, our order fulfilment team will notify you of the same in quick time. They will also suggest possible alternatives for the out of stock product should you desire to change the order.

 Is it possible to checkout as a guest?

You can also order without registration (as a guest) from us. In this case we only need your postal address and e-mail address. We use your email address only for the communication to your order in order to contact you quickly. If you would like to order as a guest without a user account, then your personal data can not be saved and must be specified again on the next order. Also, you can later retrieve no further information about your order process. If you would like to use these additional options, please register as a customer once and log in with your e-mail address (or user name you have created yourself) and your password. All your data will be stored and processed in compliance with the data protection regulations. see also our privacy policy. Any other use or disclosure to third parties does not occur.

 

 When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order within 4 hours on working days and 12-18 hours on the weekend. Once the order processed and shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with the shipment number by email directly from our logistics partner Hermes. With this shipment number, the course of the shipment can be tracked.  How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is about 2-3 working days. As soon as your order leaves our house, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail, directly from our logistics partner. However, if you have selected the method of payment in advance, please note that shipping can only take place after receipt of payment via the bank and delivery is therefore delayed by a few days.

 How do I know the current status of my shipment?

As soon as your order leaves our house, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email directly from our logistics partner. This e-mail includes a shipment tracking link for the automated shipment tracking via their website which allows you to check the updated status of your shipment.

 Can I get the shipping status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number and tracking link by email directly from our logistics partner Hermes. With this shipment number, the course of the shipment can be tracked. This way, you can always check where your package is currently via the Internet. 

What is the meaning of 'Cash On Delivery'?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep. (COD not available)

 

 How do you calculate the 'Shipping Cost'?

The shipping costs depend on the weight. The shipping costs for Germany is currently € 3.99 & beyond  30 the shipping is 'free'. There is an island surcharge if the recipient lives on an island. For other European locations, shipping charges are different & it is free above €45 .

 What are the 'Shipping Costs' outside Germany?

The shipping costs depend on the weight and the place of delivery (country). The shipping costs for Europe (Netherlands, France, Denmark, Belgium, Austria, Monaco & Luxembourg) starts from € 6,99 and beyond € 45 the delivery is free. 

 Which European countries do you deliver in?

Currently we are operating only in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. We are expanding our horizon and soon will be operating in other European territories as well.

 Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

As our logistics partner is the Hermes/GLS, delivery to DHL or other logistic stations is not possible.

 Can I have my order delivered to a Hermes station?

Yes, you are welcome to specify a Hermes/GLS  as the delivery address. Where you can also find the nearest station in your area,

I have received my delivery incomplete! what can I do?

Please check first if you have received all ordered products. If this is the case and still missing items, please contact us via our contact form page at the website.

I have ordered goods but have not received them yet. How so?

Which payment method did you choose (PayPal, Sofort Transfers or Direct bank transfer)? Please check if the money has been transferred to our account. Was it transferred under a different name or did you not specify an order number? Then contact us please. We will take care of your request immediately.

 What do I do if I want to return an item?

After receiving the goods, you have two weeks to revoke your order and return the items received to us. Read more about the right of return and cancellation under ‘Return Policy’ section on the wensite.

 Can I pick up my order from the warehouse in Augburg?

Yes, you have the opportunity to pick up your online order. The directions, address and opening hours of our indian store in Augsburg can be found on the website.

 My package has been shipped and not arrived yet - what should I do?

If your order does not reach you within 3 days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will take care of your request immediately. Use our contact form to contact us.

How can I have my order delivered If I am not available at home at the time of delivery?

Pick up the shipment when it suits you! You can have your shipment delivered in the neighborhood or at the nearest Hermes station and pick it up as per your convenience.

 Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order value.

 Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order afterwards, you are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail to let us know your change requests. Use our contact form to contact us. However, if the order is already dispatched, the cancellation might attract a minimal amount against logistic costs which will be deducted from the refund amount.
